I'll admit I'm sort of a grammar/spelling snob, which is crazy because I often second guess myself "does this comma go here? is it 'i' before 'e'?!" but SPELL CHECK is my friend and it should be yours too, especially if you are sending me messages with the purpose of possibly persuading me to spend time with you.
I confess, I've given into the pressure of being solo, this ish is for the birds so I signed up for a dating site (don't judge, I work with women and children all day so the likelihood of me meeting someone worthy, with a penis is slim to none. So, as I was saying, I've signed up for this site and it has been quite the experience. I wonder why people don't bother to proofread or spell check before sending messages off? I mean especially if your first impression is made via your words. Sending a poorly edited message is the equivalent of looking like Eric Williams (body like god but face from hell) which would get you NOWHERE fast...but to repeatedly send me error-ladened messages is downright disrespectful, don't you notice where it says "education" mine is listed as a Bachelor's degree, therefore I had to pass several English/grammar courses and you are giving me a headache because I don't speak dumb ass. I know I sound a bit snobbish but oh well, it hurts to dumb myself down trying to read your messages so I will simply ignore...am I prejudging and possibly missing out on some good guys? Probably, but I doubt it since high on my list is some bit of education and while I know typing errors are one thing totally butchering the English language is just simply disrespectful.
